Did you know that your choice of hotel for the CAP-ACP Annual Meeting has a direct impact on the association? In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the conference we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the CAP-ACP block can sometimes be more economical, it may cause the association to have to pay a penalty for unbooked rooms within the contracted room block, which over time will result in higher conference registration fees.
